Style: Verjus Grape Sour

We made our verjus from Pinot Noir grapes and blended it with a fairly neutral base in order to let the unique vinous aromas and flavours of the verjus shine.

This style creates a naturally sour beer with characteristics of wine grapes, tart green apples, bell pepper, grass and jalepeno.
