Style: Wet-Hop IPA

A wet-hopped IPA using a variety of hops grown within 5 km of the brewery and picked at the peak of ripeness.

All hops are added within 12 hours of their harvest.

The beer contains a light amber colour with elements of earthy hops, pine and underlying citrus.
It finishes with a pleasant malt sweetness balanced by the bitterness of the hops.
