Style: Pumpkin & Squash Spiced Ale
A spiced Fall ale made from a combination of local pumpkin, butternut, acorn and hubbard squash, all roasted in house.
The caramelizing of the squash adds both body and depth of flavour, while the seasonal spicing compliments and lends a balancing component.
Medium bodied, with a slightly drying and clean finish.
